The MO-SECA team recommends you choose one Business Academy and one Leadership Academy to attend in 2024. MO-SECA will provide hotel accommodations to support your attendance.

Which academy should I attend?
The MO-SECA team recommends you choose one Business Academy and one Leadership Academy to attend in 2024. The rest is up to you! You are also absolutely welcome to attend more than one of each academy. Just note that you can only earn $225 in stipends for business trainings and $225 for leadership trainings

Accommodations & Amenities
We are happy to provide a one night hotel stay for any academy you attend.
We’ve designed the schedule to allow attendees the time to visit nearby food establishments during typical meal hours. MO-SECA will not be providing food or transportation to attendees at regional trainings.
Can I attend more than 2 MO-SECA Academies?
Absolutely! You may attend as many as you want. Please note the following:
- Up to $450 stipends total can be earned per participant; $225 for leadership sessions and $225 for business stipends. If you attend additional academies, you may not earn more stipends.
- You can earn clock hours for each unique session you attend.
- MO-SECA will provide one night of hotel accommodations per participant. You are not required to stay at the hotel to attend an academy.
Will the content be different than the 2023 MO-SECA training sessions?
Some sessions will feature the same content presented in 2023 and others will be new based on feedback from participants about where they want to dig in further.
Participants can earn clock hours for repeat sessions as long as they are completed in different calendar years.
