Training Portal Guide
How can I check which trainings I’ve already completed?
Once you’re logged into your account, use the menu in the top right corner to navigate to “Activities.” There you will find your attendance record for any trainings you’ve registered for. This is also the home page when you log into your account.
How can I see which upcoming trainings I’m registered for?
There are two ways to see what you’re registered for. The first: on the Activities page, click the “Select Training” button and the flyout on the right side of the screen will show a list of trainings you’re registered for, as demonstrated in the video above. If you’re looking for more details (such as location), the second method will be more useful.
- Sign into your account.
- From the menu in the top right corner, select “My Account.”
- On your account page, click on your name beneath the MO-SECA logo.
- On the left, you’ll see a list of your training registrations. You may need to toggle open a list if you see spot that indicates more than one training (demonstrated in video below).
Can I register multiple people from my center for a training?
Yes! While they will need to register within their account, if you’d like to process registrations on their behalf, simply send the full names and MOPDIDs of the registrants and which sessions you’d like them to be registered for to moseca@umsystem.edu, and we will add the trainings to their account. Additionally, be sure every participant has filled out a program registration form.
How do I cancel a training registration?
If you’d like to cancel a training registration, you can email our team with the info at moseca@umsystem.edu or you can follow these instructions:
- Sign into your account.
- Use the menu in the top right corner to navigate to the “Home” page of your account.
- Locate the training you’d like to cancel (you may need to toggle open a list of multiple trainings to find the one you’re looking for) and select it.
- Use the “Need to cancel? Click here.” function. This will show a pop-up where you can double check that you’ve selected the training you intended to.
I’m not sure what email is linked to my account. Where can I find that information?
Email moseca@umsystem.edu with your full name and MOPDID and we will check this information for you.
Can I sign up for trainings outside of my region? How do I do this?
