**NEW MO-SECA Leadership Scaffolding: To help administrators determine which professional development training would best meet their needs, each training is organized into scaffolded emphasis areas of Emerging Leader, Developing Leader and Transformational Leader. 

  • * Emerging Leaders – an aspiring or new leader as they assume a leadership position or role seeking to build a foundation of skills needed to become an effective leader. 
  • Developing Leaders – a leader early to mid-career who continues to advance his/her knowledge and skills seeking to better themselves for the betterment of others. 
  • Transformational Leaders – professional leader with a growth mindset who contributes as a leader to the early childhood community and beyond.

MO-SECA designs sessions based on feedback from participants about where they want to dig in further. Some content is repeated from previous sessions; some include all new content.

Participants can earn clock hours for repeat sessions as long as they are completed in different calendar years.
